1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

tk111 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Regarding deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your tk111 balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• tk111 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• tk111 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method. tk111 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed.
• tk111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or an ongoing investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tk111 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus on tk111, you agree to the conditions attached to that bonus.

• Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tk111 — including live dealer games through HRG Live, Dragon Tiger, Plinko, Monster Hi-Lo, Shade Dragon Fishing, Win, and Dragon and Tiger — are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface.

Players agree to the following fair play obligations:

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, tk111 will hold any funds in the account until the investigation is complete. If a breach is confirmed, tk111 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting tk111 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
